Terms of Use

By using OnSide you agree to these terms. We kept them short and simple so they're clear for everyone.

Your account

  • Use your real name and accurate details.
  • You're responsible for activity on your account, so never share your sign-in link or code.
  • One account per person.

Bookings and payment

  • Your booking is confirmed once an admin confirms your payment (CliQ transfer or cash, depending on the match).
  • Cancellations and refunds follow the cancellation window shown on each match page.
  • If we or the venue cancel a match, you get your money back.

Fair play

  • Respect other players, referees and venue owners.
  • No abuse, harassment or offensive content in posts and comments.
  • Repeated no-shows without cancelling may affect your rating or suspend your account.

Safety

  • Football is a contact sport. You play at your own risk; make sure you're fit to play.
  • OnSide organises matches and doesn't own the venues; we'll help you sort out any venue issue with its owner.

Suspending accounts

  • We may suspend any account that breaks these terms or harms other players.

Changes to these terms

  • If we change anything important, we'll update the date below and announce it on the site.
